Did you play collegiate athletics, or do you simply just love sports? Are you highly motivated to work with an organization that builds a culture of fun, dynamic  and creative individuals who love to work with kids and enjoy teaching them through sport?  Are you eager to develop as a coach? Do you have a desire to educate and inspire the next generation?

We are the Boston area's most successful early childhood development sports program and we are looking to add qualified, experienced coaches and early childhood teachers to our programs.

Coaches will have the opportunity to work with individuals and groups ages 3-10 throughout multiple locations in Greater Boston and surrounding towns.

We are a year-round program, offering classes 6 days a week  

We are currently hiring coaches with part time and/or weekend availability and with experience working with children ages 3-10 years old.

We want assistant coaches who can:

• Be active and provide assistance during all activities
• Be enthusiastic and use positive praise and individual attention to every child
• Be a mentor and role-model
• Be hands-on; provide individual attention and engage every child
• Be Interactive and greet children, parents, and caregivers warmly
• Be accessible and able to travel 15-20 mins from Boston
